Administrative Law
Through the rules of Administrative Law, disputes that arise between individuals or legal
entities and state power are resolved. Given the daily interaction between the lives of
private individuals and the state, the need to enact legislative provisions not only to protect
the rights of the individual against the numerous forms of public administration and power,
but also to ensure the corresponding organization and operation of the latter, becomes
undeniable.
Our office specializes in Administrative Law. In difficult and complex branches of
Administrative Law, where absolute specialization is a condition of efficient management,
such as Tax Law and Urban Planning Law, we have managed to be known, academically and
in the job market, for our ability to handle effectively even the more demanding cases.
Especially in regard to the field of Tax Law, the daily practice of our office includes cases of
change of tax residence, tax audits, legal challenges to the legality of taxes and fines
imposed on individuals and legal entities and claims for exemption from the joint liability of
managers of administrative legal entities for debts to tax authorities and insurance agencies.
